At Bobby Chhoker Clinic, we love welcoming new patients to our beautifully-designed, modern practice. Our friendly and professional team are here to assist you in any way required, to make your visit a comfortable, positive and a stress-free experience whilst in our care.
When arriving at our practice, you'll be warmly greeted by our friendly receptionist before being invited to make yourself comfortable in our relaxing waiting room. Sit back and relax whilst listening to our calming music or make use of our wide selection of magazines.
Our receptionist team will be here to help answer any of your queries about your visit. Your medical history forms will be sent to your email prior to your appointment so that you can complete them in the comfort of your own home. If you are not able to complete the forms online, we ask that you please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your appointment so that they can be completed here. This information will assist our dental team with your important relevant information. Remember to bring your health fund card to your visit.
Your first smile appointment will take around 30 minutes. During your appointment you will be greeted by your dentist, where all your concerns will be discussed carefully. Your dentist will run through your full history and get an understanding of your dental issues. During this time, the dentist will take any necessary x-rays, digital scans and photographs to assist with a diagnosis.
This will be followed by a discussion of your smile treatment options and full estimates of the cost of treatment. We do offer flexible payment plans for larger treatments to make our services accessible for all patients.
We understand that you may be feeling nervous or anxious about your first visit. Please make this known to our friendly reception team if you are feeling anxious when booking your appointment.
Remember, we have seen it all before, so our experienced team is here to assist you offering a gentler approach to dentistry, in a fun, stress-free environment. Our dentists will never rush a patient, and ensure they provide plenty of time to fully discuss treatment and address any questions you may have.
If you're feeling nervous, please ask our dentists about the option of sleep dentistry.
Your free consultation will last approximately 30 minutes and the dentist will take any necessary X-rays and digital scans to provide you with an accurate diagnosis and a detailed treatment plan including all costings.
If you are in pain, please inform the receptionist when booking your first appointment. We will book you enough time to try to get you out of pain at this first appointment.
